Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

🕒 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused

    • In its original packaging

    • In the same condition as received

📌 Due to the nature of our products, used or damaged items cannot be returned.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued for the product price only (shipping, duties, and taxes are excluded).

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Custom-made or modified items

  • Clearance or final sale items

🌎 International Orders

  • Orders shipped internationally (including the United States and Canada) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Import duties and taxes are non-refundable.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

  • We will evaluate the case and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
